While at first it might sound time consuming - it actually is super helpful and SAVES you time during the week! No more "what should we do for dinner" or "I forgot to make lunch".
Planning your meals helps you stay accountable, prepared and healthy!
This is the sheet that I made and use every week! I plan out my meals, what meals will have leftovers for lunches for Max and I, and then I create a shopping list so that I'm ready to go come Sunday when it's time to shop!
I thought if it helps me, it might just help you out too!!
